Any dispute between PRADI and customer will be matter of Delhi Judicial Court.
PRADI don’t offer free shipping for indivisible (Free shipping is applicable only for Dealer and Retailers). However, if the shipping cost is not being charged by courier company, it means that shipping charges is already added with product cost. Customer has to pay for shipping charges on actual cost of shipping. Once the product is purchased and delivered to customer by Courier Company, the material can be exchanged only and maximum three times. We currently ship products only within India. You can place orders from across the world but delivery addresses are restricted to India. If the product get is loosed and does not reach to customer, PRADI will refund the amount or will not charge the cost of product. We ensure that we deliver the orders the fastest and depending on the location deliver most of the orders in 2 – 7 days.

If the product does not reach to customer, or it does not match with selected item even after third delivery, or product has any quality issue like stitching, fitting and fabric, PRADI may refund the amount of product to customer subject the satisfactory reason observed by PRADI officials. The returnable item must be packed with all packing materials and in the original form as delivered to customers and exchange request must be initiated within next seven days of delivery. Further, if the product is sold through any special offer, No Return/ Exchange/ Refund will take place and company is not bounded to follow this policy for product sold under any offer.
PRADI ensure for the quality of product but if any issue is found in product in stitching, fitting and fabric, customer may initiate the exchange or refund for the same. This issue will again be observed as per the policy of return/ exchange/ refund and company will take action accordingly. PRADI is committed to deliver the quality product to the customers.
If you are a dealer, subject to a minimum purchase decided by company; you get a very exciting offer from PRADI. All the offered rates are inclusive of delivery to your city. This rate is also inclusive of packing and accessories assigned with the product. Dealer must have a valid GST number to avail the benefits under dealer category.
